Refund policy

Returns

All purchases made on this website can be returned within 14 days. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes charged within 10 days of us receiving it. Please note, that it can take up to 30 days before you see the amount on your account, depending on the method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of our error, we will of course refund the shipping as well.

If you want to return your purchased Trollbeads, please send an e-mail to info@trollbeads.pt informing that you want to return an order or part of an order. The email needs to include the following information:

  • order number, 
  • order date,
  • your name,
  • shipping address
  • reason for return.
  • which items you want to return (if it is the whole order or just specific items)


Warantee

The items supplied are subject to a warranty period of 02 years against defects and lack of conformity of the goods, and will be repaired or replaced provided that they are communicated to Trollbeads within this period of time and under the terms and conditions of the provisions of Decree Law no. 84/2021, of October 18.

However, the rights granted, to repair or replace the goods, proportional reduction of the price, or termination of the contract, expire after two years from the date of communication of the lack of conformity.

The warranty applies to all software, material and manufacturing errors and is not valid in the event of incorrect or abnormal use of the product.

In cases where errors and defects appear within 30 days of delivery of the product, you can request its immediate replacement or the termination of the contract, in which case the price will be refunded.

Trollbeads will bear the cost of returning the goods, up to an amount deemed reasonable by Trollbeads.

For a return, please contact customer service at info@trollbeads.pt. Please always include your order number, order date, your name, shipping address in your email when contacting us about a return or a warrantee issue. 


How to return an order

1. Send an email to info@trollbeads.pt informing that you want to return an order or part of an order. The email needs to include the following information:

  • order number, 
  • order date,
  • your name,
  • shipping address
  • reason for return.
  • which items you want to return (if it is the whole order or just specific items)

 2. Once you have an answer from our side confirming we got your return request, please pack your order and include the email with the return info, placing it in a protective envelope/package. Please mark the parcel with ”Returned items”. We recommend insurance for safe arrival.

Remember, to send the package as a business parcel, as we are not able to collect packages at a parcel shop.

Please note that any return costs are your responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from a retailer, you will need to contact the retailer where the purchase was made.

The condition of the items

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.


If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.


Complaints

As a consumer, you can lodge a complaint about the products you have purchased with the European Consumer Center in Portugal, via the European Commission's online dispute resolution portal, see https://cec.consumidor.pt/topicos1/resolucao-de-conflitos-/apresentar-uma-reclamacao-no-cec.aspx.
